Abstract | This survey of German employers – including Bertelsman, Commerzbank, DaimlerChrysler, DeutscheTelekom, Fraaport, Vattenfall Europe, Voith and the Federal Insurance Institution for Salaried Employees – looked at their work-life balance policies and the effects on each organisation. It recommends that employers include their work-life balance policies in their Corporate Social Responsibility reports –or Operating & Financial Reviews, in the UK. The full report is in German. |
