Abstract
Research paper based on findings from the 3rd European survey on working conditions, this report assesses the gendered nature of working conditions. Analysis includes: gender segregation in paid and unpaid work; job content and workplace environment; working time and impact of working conditions on health and work life balance.
This research project set out to understand how corporate community involvement and wider corporate citizenship contributes to business success by enhancing employee morale, motivation, commitment and performance.
This is a guide for organizing workshops for training and awareness raising on the recruiting, hiring, training and managing of older women workers. It is based on a previous publication titled: Realizing decent work for older women workers. The research undertaken and practical project activities in Estonia highlighted the double discrimination faced by older women workers in terms of age and gender.
