Work-life balance a priority for voters

In response to the Conservative ‘priority list’, the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) has warned against superficial changes to support diversity and has highlighted work-life balance as a priority to voters. Jenny Watson, chair of the EOC commented: “ Our research proves that policies which support parents and carers and help people achieve a better worklife balance are high on voters' list of priorities.”
