Information on Working Time Directive

Adivce for Individuals
A new service from Flexecutive, FlexRequest™, has been developed to help employers comply with the flexible working legislation. The system takes employees requesting flexible working through the implications to their role and the company, and then their manager can review the details and decide.

The TUC’s Worksmart site is a one-stop shop for information about working life, which includes information for individuals about their rights at work, keeping well at work and their pension.
